We were particularly impressed with their professionalism, dependability, timeliness, accommodation, and expertise. We think that before-after photos speak for themselves. The lower level of our home sustained water intrusion last winter. After we installed circumferential foundation drains, our next call was to Done Right Home Remodeling. In addition to water damage renovations, we also wanted to update the layout of the lower floor, remodel our bathroom, and replace previously carpeted areas with LVP. We received quotes from 3 other contractors, chose to move forward with Done Right (Liz + her team), and are 100% satisfied with our decision from start to finish.

Thank you DRHR for bringing our vision to life! Phase 1 - 2nd floor bedrooms (4) remodel - 2nd floor bathrooms (full + master) remodel We talked with the DRHR team about possibly relocating while this work was done, but ultimately the team convinced us that we could stay put (saving us money) and have their guys work room-to-room in a way that enabled our family of four to go about our daily routines without interruption-we could not have been more happy with how it went! The guys were super respectful and took great care to ensure dust and debris remained isolated in only the designated work areas. Quality of the work (including installation of new shower, tub, vanity in the bathrooms, plus recessed lighting, doors, baseboards and flooring in the bedrooms) met our expectations and the team did a great job communicating their plans week to week during the 2.5 month phase of work. Phase 2 Scope - Complete ground floor remodel + new construction / kitchen addition Our home was built in 1980 and its interior layout had not been changed much at all in 40+ years. At first, we were only thinking about replacing a rec room on the back of the house with new, properly insulated construction and then updating our existing kitchen space with new cabinets/appliances/flooring. DRHR asked us, "why not move the kitchen to the new construction on the back of the house?" Once we knew that was an option, we started thinking big. Load-bearing walls were removed, beams were installed and we ended up with a beautifully sky-lit kitchen complete with a new island and sliding door walk-out to our back patio. This phase of work required plumbing and electrical work, cabinet and countertop installation, interior and exterior painting + stucco and the DRHR crew matched its high level of execution from the first phase of work.
